DO YOU ONLY TUTOR THOSE WANTING TO STUDY MEDICINE OR DENTISTRY?
Definitely not just medicine and dentistry!
We offer our services to absolutely anyone requiring the additional support in their GCSEs, A-Levels or admissions processes, irrespective of what they are applying for. We have tutors from diverse academic backgrounds to reflect this!
We also have several tutors from the medical background, who can offer specialist help to those wishing to pursue the field.
CAN I PICK MY TUTOR?
In our initial consultation session, we will discuss ideal mentors for you, and do our best to pair you with your preferred one.
DO THE TUTORS OFFER MENTORING TOO?
Yes. Our tutors are often called mentors as they provide complimentary mentorship to our students. We go above and beyond to help our students in their academic and career endeavours, helping them outside the classroom where possible, within limits.
ARE ALL LESSONS TAKING PLACE ONLINE?
Due to the pandemic, we shifted all our services online, which has gone successfully. Many of our students are happy to maintain lessons online rather than in person, and this works to the convenience of both student and tutor.Â
If a student has a preference for in-person teaching, we can look into possibly facilitating this.
CAN I BOOK A GROUP TUITION LESSON?
Here at TutoringDoctors we love to host small groups of students and can definitely can facilitate this. The lessons would surround a chosen topic by the students and 1-2 tutors will provide the session.
CAN I HAVE A FREE TRIAL LESSON?
We offer a FREE complimentary initial consultation, which will include discussing the students needs, introductions, as well as an action plan. We unfortunately cannot offer a free tuition session after this.
You are, however, welcome to stop lessons if you do not find your first lesson useful, given you have not paid in advance for multiple lessons.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PERSONAL STATEMENT REVIEWS TAKE?
Reviews are returned to the student within 2-4 days.
